Ondoy... Such a Funny Name For a Not-so-Funny Typhoon

So yeah, a couple of days ago, the Philippines, particularly the Calabarzon and NCR areas, was struck by a typhoon. It was worse compared to Milenyo of 2006 and some say it's the worst typhoon to have ever struck the country, surpassing even Hurricane Katrina which struck the US.

Anyway, it's really freaky whenever I stare out my bedroom window. I mean, all I see is water (and water lilies). Thankfully, our area's a bit elevated so water didn't enter the house. It's quite sad though that most of the areas nearby is still submerged in water.

So for three days now, I'm stuck here at home. The water in the streets has lessened but still enough for one to be submerged in. Although there are a lot of large vehicles (there's a hog truck here, actually) are offering transport outside. But frankly, I'm quite reluctant to leave my house and see for myself the total destruction Ondoy left. Seriously, I'd only be depressed.

Fortunately, most of my friends and family in the area are okay. I'm still waiting for news on one of my friends who was stranded overnight near one of the places that was totally flooded. Hopefully, she's safe and sound.

Transformers!!!

Omigod... I just watched Transformers yesterday and it was so cool!!! Hahaha XD I remember watching the cartoon series when I was still a kid and it was awesome seeing the Transformers in 3D. I especially love how the remade Bumblebee's alternate mode which was a Volkswagen Beetle. Hahaha XD He's much cooler as the latest model of the Chevrolet Camaro. Damn. I wanna watch the entire film again. LOL. I'm actually planning on buying a Transformers toy (particularly Bumblebee since he's my favorite). Wish I could also find episodes of the series. After watching the film, I suddenly felt this urge to watch the Transformers animated series. It's been so long since I've watched that. Hahaha... I miss that particular sound they make whenever the Transformers transform XD I managed to find a sound clip of that and I'm now using it on my phone. LOL. It's like "Whoa! My phone's transforming!" XD

Anyway, I hope the DVD comes out soon. I wanna watch it all over again!

Last Surgery

Just a few hours earlier, I had my final impacted tooth surgery. Hahaha... Just several days ago, I had my second surgery and the dentist removed two of my impacted teeth. I couldn't eat properly and my face was horribly swollen. I had to endure my stupid brother's teasing. XD Anyway, today was the third and last surgery. I still haven't fully recovered from the second one but I wanted all of the surgeries to be finished as soon as possible and before classes start. So now, I can't eat properly again due to the stitches on my gums. LOL. Good thing I don't bleed that much. -sigh- I'm back to eating liquid and soft stuff again. At least I'm gonna lose weight faster that way. LOL. Wish me luck when the time for my braces comes. LOL.

Hahahahaha... I know I promised I would be doing more artworks but I just can't seem to do so these days. I've lost my muse! Verdammt! How the hell am I supposed to draw if I don't have any inspiration? LOL. My drawings would end up hideous were I to draw uninspired. >_<

Anyway, I've been writing poetry lately so maybe I'll upload a couple of them to Deviantart. Hahaha... I'm posting this poem (another sonnet but in Petrarchan form) on my DA page probably later:

Requiem

Lament, weep amidst the ebony sky
Croon ballads to its dreary moon and stars.
Embrace the anguish and kiss all its scars,

Switching... Reverse Slump Mode

My brain's starting to work again. After the terrible "accident" my laptop just had (I deleted most of the drawings I was coloring... I'm such an idiot...), I was in slump mode. I sort of lacked the motivation to draw again. My precious drawings... I lost them... T_T But, after weeks of doing nothing, my creative juices have decided to work again. Now, I'm redoing the flats and shades of some of my drawings. I'm also doing some new sketches. My goal is to upload them all before 1st semester begins (I've got two months to accomplish that... Good luck to me, the great lazy bum!). Ah, it's been so long since I last touched my tablet. It's been neglected for a very long time. Hahahaha... The poor thing. >.>

At the same time, I'm going to work on my story. Chapter 2's in progress and it's turning out fine. Hehehe...

Oeuvre de la Lune: Nocturne

After reading a couple of e-books I downloaded (vampire stuff, mostly), I was inspired to work on another story. This time, I'm writing about Vladimir's (he's the main antagonist/ protagonist in my first story) youngest brother. I had a hard time coming up with names for my new characters (the female protagonist and her brother are actually named after Egyptian deities). I'm still quite in a drawing slump so I haven't done any sketches of the character designs (God, I still have to add finishing touches to my kiriban and other drawings for Deviantart...).

Basically, the story's set in the modern times, decades after the events in my first story. I'm writing it in a first-person point-of-view so I'm actually putting myself in my protagonist's shoes. ^_^ For the title, I called it "Nocturne" since Aleksey (he's the youngest of the vampire siblings I've created) is quite a talented musician. Every one of the brothers are gifted in a specific field (Vladimir's actually an exception since he's practically good at everything... ugh).
While I was typing the first 2 chapters (prologue and chapter 1... and I've done several pages already in a miniscule font), I came up with a poem that I'll later put in the story (it's supposed to be written by one of Vladimir and Aleksey's middle brothers, Nikolai, who's a skilled writer). It's a sonnet in the Shakespearean form:

The Proffered

Her stance before him; she stood proud, humbled
And he pondered this in fury, in fright.
Her feet brought her near, her knees they trembled
And he waited, needing only his sight.
Her mellifluous lips offered their creed
And his taciturn heart sang its lost lore.
Her lustrous eyes spoke, pleaded of their need
And, upon kneeling, he learned to implore.
Her blistered hands reached, grasping lovingly
And he caught, cherished them; his heart they shred.
Her starved kisses met him covetously
And his parched throat gloried; from it, thirst fled.
His troth, hoarsely whispered, he would hold true
And she smiled and murmured, “My prince, I do.”

Pretty mushy even for myself. Ugh. I can't believe I actually wrote this. It's kinda hard for me to write poetry revolving around this theme. ^_^

Well, anyway, I'll write again some other time. I gotta take my meds now. ^_^

Surgery!!!

Yesterday, I had my very first surgery. Frightening, isn't it? You see, there was a problem with my teeth and jaw. My dentist said I'd need braces in order to correct them or else I'll end up having a lockjaw or something like that. Much to my chagrin, I would have to undergo surgery since some of my teeth would cause problems with my braces. I think they were called "impacted teeth"... Something like that. ^_^ Anyway, the dentist said, 4 of my teeth would have to be removed through surgery--ouch. It seems that my wisdom teeth did not come out fully so they were sort of still trapped inside my gums. These wisdom teeth were causing problems for my teeth, pushing my jaw sideways that might later on cause a lockjaw. ^_^
The surgery meant that my dentist would have to cut my gums and extract my teeth from my skull. Freaky, huh? LOL. Anyway, the surgery was okay. They had to inject me with anesthesia several times since the drug was not taking effect immediately (I actually felt the dentist drilling my gums and tooth... really painful, I could taste my own blood). When my tooth (mom said to take out one tooth at a time... after my recovery, I'll have another surgery again but this time, the dentist will be taking out two of my teeth instead of just one tooth)was finally extracted, they had to stitch my gums back since it was open bleeding. I could actually see the needle going into my mouth. LOL.
So now, after the surgery, I was given meds to alleviate the pains. I can only eat gooey food (liquids and stuff) since I can't open my mouth that much as my stitches might open a bit and bleed. It was pretty freaky when I woke up this morning and found blood on my pillow. ^_^
Well, that's it for now. I'm still resting since my surgery wound still bleeds at times and my cheek's a bit swollen right now. Hehehe... Maybe I'll grab myself some ice cream. The dentist did say it would help. ^_^

Whew! It's been a long time since I last wrote here! Well, anyway, nothing's really new in my life. Same old me--a lazy ass and all. Haven't finished any of my drawings. Really sad since I don't seem to have any kind of inspiration and motivation (I need divine intervention--right now). My drawings are just lying about my room. Ugh. How the hell am I supposed to get my butt into action. Damn. I really need something to get myself moving and finishing my drawings. I do owe people some request arts. Ugh. I'm damned pitiful.

Hrm... I did have some sort of accomplishment in the weeks that have passed (despite my procrastinating). I managed to read an assortment of books--more than 20 titles, I reckon. But I'm not going to tell what kinds I've been reading. They're pretty much entertaining. Come to think of it, a number of those titles have given me oodles of ideas for the story I'm writing; heck, they even made imagination run rampant and now my head's filled with dozens of ideas for new drawings. Not bad, eh? As I said, I just need to get my limbs swinging and my fingers flexing (though I did a good deal of finger-flexing with my piano practices...). Man, I even bought new paint brushes--I do have to rehash my painting skills (do I even have skills in painting? ugh...).

Well, that's it for now. I do wish someone would kick me into action ("Get your arse jiggling, you lazy bitch!"). Ugh.

Dirge of Cerberus!!!

Wai~ I just got my copy of Dirge of Cerberus!!! So beautiful! Wai~ VINCENT!!!!!! I can die in bliss... Hehehehehehe... I've been playing it since this morning and I'm already at Chapter 11. ^_^ I didn't bother with completing the game (extras and all). I'm more concerned about how the story's gonna turn out. Imagine my surprise when I found out that *SPOILERS* Lucrecia was actually the one responsible for Vincent's unstable body. It was through her experiments that Chaos existed in Vincent. Plus, the game tells the players that Vincent's father, Grimoire Valentine, was a scientist whom which Lucrecia used to work with! ^_^

The gameplay's kinda mediocre. I had trouble at first since I'm not really used to shooting games (although I played DMC 2 and 3... but those games were much easier and fun to play for me). Those blasted DG soldiers are irritating. Vincent keeps getting thrown around. T_T Frankly, Dirge of Cerberus doesn't have that much replay value although I'm willing to play it again since it is MY favorite character's game. ^_^

I have no problems with the graphics and sounds. As usual, Square has done well in this game. Vincent's Turk CG model was kinda cute (sorta reminded me of a drawing by a DA artist my friend's currently stalking...). Hehehehehe...

Well, I'm gonna play some more. I can't wait how the story ends. ^_^

My First Cosplay

LOL Yesterday, my friends and I joined this cosplay contest. Of course we didn't win (wasn't expecting to anyway ^_^) We entered the group cosplay category. We dressed up as characters from D. Gray-man. The costumes were cool (although my costume didn't turn out as I expected). All in all, I found that dressing up is fun. Hehehehehe... Maybe this December I'll be cosplaying again. ^_^

I'm waiting for my friends to upload the pics... Hehehehehe... I'm planning to use my solo picture as my Deviant ID. ^_^ I sorta looked like a guy in that picture... Although I was actually cosplaying a female character. ^_^

Urgh... I'm sooo dead... I just had my 1st exam in Applied Math 167. I think I'm gonna fail the blasted exam. Urgh. Oh well. I really need to do better next time. The subject's pretty difficult. All those formulas and mathematical models are giving me one hell of a headache. Argh. I'm starting to hate this Applied Math subject. Well, at least it isn't as bad as my Pure Math subjects. I simply loathe them. T_T

Er... Anyway, in two weeks, my friends and I are gonna cosplay characters from D. Grayman. Really nice manga. I like the story 'coz it's really dark. Hehehehe... I love the costumes of the characters so I was quite pleased when a friend invited me to join in their group cosplay. Our costumes are actually in the works at this moment. I'm pretty much excited to see how they'll turn out. Hehehehe... Imagine that. My very first cosplay. ^_^ By the way, I'm cosplaying as General Cloud Nine. She first appeared in chapter 63... I think. n_n;;;

Urhm... So, what else? Ah, right. I got lots of pending line arts here. Since I probably won't be having any exams for the next few weeks, I'm quite happy to say I'll finally be able to color them. Hurray for me! n_n;;; Oh, and I still have to do the flats for Blitzworx. My friend and I just recently joined that particular comic group. Quite an intimidating lot if I should say so myself. My artwork is nothing compared to those done by the members there. I wanna cry. T_T I have to improve myself. Sadly, I really have to focus on academics. Hehehehehe... New Laptop!!!

Yay! My mom bought me a brand new laptop yesterday ^_^ Wai~ I'm so happy! I was rendered speechless when I met with my at the mall right after the meeting at Blitzworx. I had to pinch myself just to make sure I wasn't hallucinating or anything. My gosh... I have my own computer finally! Ah~ I can now color my drawings without having to beg my mom in allowing me to use her laptop... ^_^
However my mom said I had to give her my PDA in exchange for the laptop. Kinda saddened me since I've been through a lot with my PDA... Even if it was only for a year and a half... T_T She says I won't be needing my PDA anymore since I already have a laptop... Oh well. T_T Bye Adagio... T_T

As the title says... I am cramming. I'm trying to color all of my drawings at the same time. Kinda giving me a headache... Urgh... Anyway, what should I write about? Hmm...
Well, vacation's almost over. Kinda sad since I was just starting to enjoy myself. Why? Well, it's because my mom and dad are finally talking to one another again. Yep. Almost during the whole vacation, they were at war with one another. My mom even thought of getting their marriage annulled. Imagine that. Kinda struck me real hard. I could care any less if those two chose to separate--they are adults after all. I should not interfere with their affairs. But then again, what about me and my brother's future? I mean, no one wants a broken family, right? -sigh- I was a bit down and depressed since vacation started... I even put up a mask in front of my friends just to hide the fact that I was having family problems. But, since everything's okay, I guess it wouldn't hurt if I posted this... ^_^ I hope this peace will last... Although I'm a bit skeptic about it...

New Template, RAN Online, and Host Club Anime!!!

Wai~ Here's My own template... Took me a while to finish it. Very simple compared to the template I borrowed last time. However, this suits me better. Black and Gold. Gotta love those colors.

Anyway, I'm very much addicted to this MMORPG called RAN Online. Quite fun to play although it kinda annoys me since it's pretty difficult when it comes to earning experience points (Heck, I think all MMORPGs I've seen have difficult leveling-up systems...). Compared to other MMORPGs, this has a campus theme. Characters are actually students from three different schools wherein one gets to pick from four jobs--swordsman, brawler, shaman, and archer. Sad that my drawings are being neglected because of this game. LOL. I don't even have time to play DotA anymore. MMORPGs really take up one's time... Oh well... ^^

Another current addiction of mine is this new anime... OURAN HIGH SCHOOL HOST CLUB!!!! It was like, WHOA! I've been reading the manga since last year and now, I'm watching the anime version! I get to see a moving Tamaki!!! >_<>_<

Hehehehehe... My friends and I just had our semender hours ago. We went to a different resort. This resort was much nicer compared to the one we went to in our previous get-togethers. Frankly speaking, I didn't enjoy this semender that much--although I had fun making water balloons and throwing them at people... ^^ Hehehehehe... Anyway, the reason why I wasn't able to enjoy that much was because I had my exam in mind. It came to me as a shock that I still had a final exam--in my AMAT 110 subject. Urgh... Still, I went to the semender and I took with me my review materials. I had to keep myself from drinking too much since it would be bad for my studying. I managed to study while I was at the semender.

Hehehehe... Exams are over. Man. So tiring. I was totally drained from the series of exams I recently had. To sum it up, the exam results were okay. I am officially enjoying the fruits of my labor. Nyahahahahaha! Anyway, I've decided not to leave Deviantart. But I won't be opening my account anytime soon. I still don't have any new artworks plus I'm kinda busy working on a story (actually, it's a novel... I'm still not sure how it'll end up though). So far so good. A few people said that my story is okay (they were actually nagging me for the next chapters... Pressure, man. Pressure... 0_o;;). Urgh... The problem is, I'm kinda experiencing a writer's block. Urgh... Seems like my creative juices have stopped flowing (Hmm... That sounded weird... Me and my perverted thoughts... Yagh! Too much yaoi!).

Anyways, I'm feeling kinda depressed at the moment. I found this really great site for downloading yaoi (and shoujo) manga. Unfortunately, the site is down for a while. Well... It's been a long time since I last wrote anything on this blog. First of all, I'd like to announce (though I doubt anyone is reading this...) that I'm planning to leave Deviantart. Yes. I am planning to leave. Why? Well, nowadays, I don't draw that much. Don't get me wrong. I've got lots of free time considering the fact that I only have a few subjects this semester (two of them I happened to have repeated already and almost mastered the lessons...). It's just that, I don't seem to be inspired nowadays. I can't draw... Dammit. Well, I can still draw. The problem is, I don't know what to draw. I don't know where or how to start drawing. Argh... Aw, man... I flunked Math 37 and Math 101... Again. Damn 2 times, I did. I managed to get good grades on my GE courses but I'm kinda depressed with the results of my Math subjects. I mean, I'm an Applied Math major and it seems that I'm dumb when it comes to Math. I wanted to cry when I saw my registration form (Form 5). Very depressing. I hope I'll manage to pass them this time. I really don't understand why I flunked Math 37 when I found it okay. -sigh-

Wah... All good things must come to an end... -sigh- Well, summer vacation's almost over and I'm trying to cram as much fun as possible before going back to college. Wah... I wasn't able to color a lot of my drawings during the summer. But, I did get to visit lots of places. My family and I went to Cebu. It was fun! Let's just say I stuffed myself with 'em dried mangoes. Sweet. Hehehehe... No pun intended. And I gained 10 pounds!!!! Crap. Well, I hope when class starts, I'll be able to lose weight again... Wai~ It's summer vacation again... Gods... I'm so exhausted from all the exams and schoolwork. LOL. Anyway, I'm planning to work for my mom as a clerk since I won't be doing anything this summer. I do hope that I'll gain experience so by the time I do my practicum, it'll be a breeze for me. n_n;;;

Hmm... Mom said that I'm supposed to be taking driving lessons with my brother this summer, too. Can't wait for that ;P

Argh... I have to finish the story I'm making this summer! And I also have a bunch of artworks to finish too... ARGH!!!

Weee~ I forgot to write last month that I finally got my PDA! LOL. I got it for Christmas and I'm playing around with it. REally. Everyone needs a PDA. It really comes in handy. LOL.

Anyway, I just had an exam a while ago. Surprising that the exam was not that difficult. I managed to answer them all (although I'm not that sure of my answers... hehehehe). I'm still in a slump and haven't drawn yet... Oh wait! I forgot that I have a black and white art here of the two main characters of another story I'm making. Yep. It's almost hell week here in college. I'll be taking lot's of exams starting next week and I don't think I'll be able to go online for a while. I need to get serious with exams. Don't want to get failing grades again. Besides, I want to impress my parents. They seem to think that I'm not serious with my studies at all. They think that all I do at the university is draw, watch TV, hang-out, and surf the net. Heck, I do all these but I know how to manage my time. I only do these when I have time and when I've finished studying for my exams.

Argh. I do hope I'll pass the pre-final exam on Math 101 this Monday. Sigh. Well, I can't wait for sem break. I plan to paint again and probably continue my piano lessons. LOL. My fingers aren't as dexterous as they used to be. Hehehe... That's it for now...

Hahaha... I only have three weeks for this semester... Yay! Finally! Sembreak! Woohoo! LOL I'll be able to do stuff I've always wanted to do... Play on the PS2 all day! Draw! Play on the piano! Play badminton 'til I collapse! Bwahahaha! Nah, just kidding. I'll probably just sleep the whole sembreak. Gotta catch some z's after surviving a whole sem with only 3-5 hours of sleep everyday, lots of stress, and lack of nutrients (since I didn't really get to eat healthy food that much). LOL.

Well, I don't have any classes today. So I'll probably do some poetry writing... Haven't done that in a while. LOL. I'm kinda inspired at the moment. Hm... Maybe I'll continue writing my novel as well... :D

Rants and Raves II

Wow... It's been so long since I last typed an entry... Oh, well. Hehehe. These past few weeks were hectic for me. I had lots of exams and thankfully I was able to survive them, considering the fact that all of them were math subjects. LOL. Seriously, I need to shift to a different course. Applied math is just too much for me. Hahahahaha. NOT! I was only kidding ;) Hehehe. Truth is, I'd rather take math than science. I suck at science. LOL. Computations are easier for me. I just need to learn to manipulate and analyze formulas. Once I memorize one formula, I can already derive other formulas from that one formula. Pretty easy, huh? Well, not really. Practice is very important other than manipulation, memorization, and analysis of formulas. Oh, well. Enough talk about math. LOL.

Just a few weeks ago, my peers and I joined an anime drawing contest. Of course, I didn't win since a lot of my friends who joined are way better than me (especially my master-- he's no longer human, by the way). It was my first drawing contest. Finally, I have experience... Hehehehehe... I've always wondered how it would be like to compete with others through art. Hahaha.

Two weeks ago, I went to a debute of a classmate in elementary. She actually came back here in the Philippines from Japan. Yep. She went all the way here to celebrate her debut. LOL. I was surprised at how pretty she became. Makes me kinda envious... A big LOL. Hahaha. Nah. Just kidding. I'm content with what I am. ;) Anyway, I got to see some of my elementary classmates at the debut. I was very much... er, awed at how everyone looked. I mean, I last saw them as kids. And now, we're all grown up! Amazing, really. -sigh- Time does fly while we have fun. It seemed like it was only yesterday when we were still rowdy kids playing at the playground, all sweaty and dirty. LOL

Anyway, I'll probably write other stuff next time. I really have to go now. Well, ja ne! ;)

1st Week of Classes

Woohoo!!! First week of classes just ended. Hehehe... I only have six subjects this semester when I'm supposed to have seven. Oh well... You see, I decided not to take another subject since I thought it would be better to just have six subjects since four of my subjects are Math subjects... Math 18, Math 37, Math 101 and Amat 150. Sad life I have here in college. Harhar... I pity myself. Oh well... LOL Anyway, I'm doing pretty well, so far, in my Math subjects. Just a while ago, we had our first exam/quiz in Math 37 and I managed to answer four out of five items... (I do hope my answers are correct hehehe...) LOL I wish this would progress to even better results (a 1.0 on my classcards, maybe? LOL).

Anyway, I also have Social Science 2 which deals about Political Teories and stuff like that. Oh well. I hate politics. I suck at it. Hehehehe... LOL I'm also taking Soccer for my PE this semester. Seems fun but I'm having problems with regards to the equipment. I mean, Soccer gear are a bit expensive... And I did tell my mom that I'd try to use my allowance to purchase the stuff I need for this PE subject. Argh. Too bad I didn't get Badminton for PE. Oh well...

Nothing... Just wanna say that my blog just got a makeover and now it's entirely in purple!!! Bwahahahahahaha!!!

Anyway, just two days ago, my family and I went to Shangri-la's new cinema to watch Harry Potter 3. At first, I was a bit reluctant to go with them. I mean, before my family decided to watch the movie, my high school friends invited me to watch it the day before. Of course, my mom didn't allow it since she thinks it was too dangerous to go wandering about the malls especially when I don't have an adult chaperon. Geez, man... Oh well... I was saddened about my mom's refusal to allow me to watch the film with my friends.

Well, the film was good although I was a bit disappointed since it lacked excitement unlike the first two Harry Potter movies. I mean, it was a bit boring not only because the antagonists this time (aside from Snape and Malfoy) are dementors, but also there were some missing scenes. Well, I don't blame the directors for that. I mean, if they followed the book verbatim, we'd probably have a five-hour film... And that's realllly long.

About Shangri-la's new cinema, we went to watch at it's premiere and the tickets were... Well, quite expensive. Php 295 to be exact. But, we had unlimited popcorn and drinks so I guess it's okay ;P

Well, that's all for now. At the moment, I'm back at UP. Tomorrow's registration day. I do hope I'll be able to finish registering tomorrow... Well, ja!

Harharhar!!! I finally got my hands on the pc again! After days of not being able to touch my most beloved pc, I'm finally here!!! Hahaha...

Anyway, I have a lot of stuff to do on the net. The most important of them is to upload my new artworks on Deviantart. Agh! It has been a while since I last uploaded. Hehehehehe... I'm trying an entirely new coloring style. Well, it's not really new... I mean, cell-shading's been around for decades. What I meant was, this type of coloring is foreign to me. Heck. I've been coloring using my standard technique... Using smudge sticks then coloring on the Photoshop using the gradient map tools... Hahahahaha... Cell-shading's going to be fun! I do hope I get the hang of it...

Whoo... I just finished reading the Da Vinci Code. Man, it's a good read. It got me hooked until I finished the entire book. I started reading it early in the morning and finished it by late afternoon. Man, my eyes hurt. Hahahaha... I recently also finished reading The Alchemist. Ah... The joy of reading books... Haha... Speaking of books, I can't wait to read book 3 of The Wheel of Time. Ugh... Really thick books... I had decided a few weeks ago that I'd start collecting the Wheel of Time. But the books are quite expensive. It's a bit of a burden on my wallet's part. Oh well... :D Anyway, start of classes is fast coming up, which means... ALLOWANCE!!! Harharhar!!! I can't wait to get my hands on my money... Ohohohohohohohoho!!!

Other than books and drawing, I played badminton. Yep. I play badminton. It's fun and it's probably one of the easiest sports I know. Well, it's not really that easy... Heck. Whenever I play with my brother, he'd always make me run for my money. Oh well. Still, I like badminton. Besides, it's a good way to shed a few pounds... Ohohohohoho! Oh well, gotta go. Still have to finish a bunch of artworks here... Well, ja!

Barkada Gimik...

Wai!!! Saturday was really really fun! My high school barkada and I went out on a gimik last Saturday. We went to Shangri-la Plaza and ate out. It was fun considering the fact that I haven't had the chance to see my barkada for nearly five months! (Well, except for Chiqui =D) Anyway, I was very much surprised at the way Maricon and Steph changed. I mean, Steph has long hair now (which I'm not used to seeing) and Mari has a boyfriend! Imagine that! It was a bit sad though that only four of us from our barkada were able to meet up that day. I was really looking forward to seeing everyone. I missed them so much! Hehehe... Maybe next time we'll have a barkada reunion... Who knows? Maybe on my 18th birthday! Hehehehehe... Now that would be a great debu gift... Us finally together and having fun! Argh! Summer Classes...

Summer classes just started last week. Geez... It's like four grueling hours of Math 36... EVERYDAY!!! However, things turned out well. I don't know how but, I found myself actually enjoying the class. I mean, it wasn't like my Math 36 class last 2nd Semester (which was really boring). First of all, I finally understand the lessons since the professor's really good at relaying to us students, detail by detail, the lessons. Secondly, I am able to answer the everyday exercises very well. And last, the class is in the morning so I don't get sleepy (though I hate waking up very early).

Anyway, the only thing I hate about summer classes is that I only get half the allowance I usually get during regular classes. Damn. I wish mom could be more reasonable. Hehehe... Oh well...

Tae-Kwon-Do Hell

Damn... I'll be dead tomorrow--for sure. Tomorrow's the Tae-Kwon-Do tournament for my P. E. 2 class. Damn. When it comes to tournaments, there's a possibility that I'll break down. I have a phobia on tournaments as well as stage fright. Worst, my parents are going to watch me tomorrow. Argh. Wish I could escape this one...

Anyway, I changed the layout a little. I tried adding background music. At first, it was working but now... Oh, well. Hehehe... I've decided that I'll make this my permanent layout since I like the colors and the theme... But I'll continue editing the layout little by little. Hehehehehehe... At the moment, I'm working on the layout as well as my research paper. Heck. I just realized that it's good to work on a layout if your experiencing mental block when working on a paper. Hehehehehe...

Nothing. Just wanna rant that's all. Anyway, I'm currently working on my papers. Deadlines are fast coming up. Not to mention finals. At least I'm still alive. Hehe... Well, actually, I collapsed yesterday. It's probably due to my sickness, stress, lack of sleep and food (not to mention nutrition). Just a few hours ago, my parents noticed that I was fast losing weight and my eyes are drooping. They said I looked quite pale. If only they knew. Well, maybe they had an idea of what was happening to me. I do hope that they won't find out that I actually blacked out because of my negligence. I guess I'll be more careful next time. Wouldn't want anybody worrying about me just because I'm stupid enough to abuse my body. Oh well... ^^;;

Hell Month. Yes. It's the beginning of Hell Month for me. Bunch of homeworks. Loads of exams. Tons of paperwork. Argh! This month'll be the death of me. Really. I'm wondering how I'll be able to keep up with all of these things. Seriously, I think the second semester is more difficult than the first semester when it fact it should be the first semester that's supposed to be difficult for me. Too bad I won't be able to draw for a while. Worst, I don't think I'll be able to attend any of my band practices. Oh well. I hope everything turns out okay. After all, it's almost Summer. Now there's something worth looking forward to... :D
